Electrostatics 2003

The eleventh International Conference on Electrostatics, organised by the Electrostatics Group of the Institute of Physics was held at Heriot-Watt University, 23-27 March 2003. The conference was held in conjunction with the Institute of Physics Congress. The conference theme was recent research and developments in electrostatics. Modern electrostatics impacts on a diverse range of fields, from micro-machines and micro-systems to the development of protective clothing for the electronics manufacturing industry.
